When to use antibiotics in gastroenteritis and diarrhea ?

All guidelines confirmed that bacterial gastroenteritis will improve without antibiotics except in bloody diarrhea as it is commmonly used by shigella and salmonella 

Preferred group is quinolones and especially Ciprofloxacin
